Abstract

Concepts give meaning to the world. They are used as means for political analyses and making ideas; those ideas are always in the process of transformation according to the changes of political realities and their varying applications. This article aimed to study these changes from hermeneutic and poUtical thought perspectives.
In the first approach, conceptual change is contingent upon their
deconstructional,
semiological,
genealogical,
archaeological,
phenomenological and linguistic characteristics. It refers to the continuation of human life and changes in their basic concepts.. According to the second approach, changes of political concepts are influenced by the development of the history of political Ideas. These concepts are produced to solve the fundamental political problems and to meet the needs of each particular era
