Disorder in a society reflects a deeper disorder in the people's consciousness of ultimate reality and respectively the search for order is a search for truth. It is the responsibility of intellectual to
alternative order which is new and meaningful and more efficient and equitable. A universal intellectual should present a project of modernity for human emancipation.
