Abstract

Formation of Russian state was accompanied by territorial expansion. The Russian state linked this land annexation with deep and vast sociol - economic changes. Expansion of Russian Empire was simultaneous with implementation of critical policies of unification of all nationalities. The Jews were one of the social































groups that had damaged in this process. Russian state's policy towards Jews and Muslims was based on the elimination of any kind of national pecularities among all people who were lived in the Emipre; Jews and Muslims were in the middle of this goals.
After the Revolution 1917, there were some expectations that upon the Lenin slogan of the right of self - determiration of
nationalities, all nations would use this right, and Jew people too.
But very soon it was revealed that the revolutionary regime do not permit them to do this. In the period of NEP, Jews had some opportunity to increase their economic activities, but this period was not long. Ever. new leaders of Russia had never accepted independent identity of Jews people. The main goal of this article is presention a general scheme of condions of Jews living in Russian border.
