One of the difficulties to study the history of Iran under the Qajar dynasty is lack of accurate information and reliable data. Unlike the period which marks the end of the Qajar dynasty, for which there exists ample information, one knowledge about the earlier period of the nineteenth century is very limited. Our resources are confined partly to the court chronicle writtings
(which are generally not relible) and the western diplomats, visitors and travellers who reports and Memories either travelled to or worked in Iran.
